Rental cost of
Southern Oaks depends on the day of the week that it is being rented, the season, and the type of event.
NOTE: ON WEEK-ENDS
(Friday, Saturday or Sunday) when using for a wedding ceremony and reception, the facility is available for your use for the
entire day. The manager will open the building in the morning and renters may use it until midnight, if needed.
WEDDING/RECEPTION
PACKAGES~
INTIMATE-- For INDOOR Weddings
of 75 or less--A seasonal package, offered in the months of NOVEMBER THRU FEBRUARY only--Renters do not have use of the gazebo
or back lawn area--Package includes:
-Use of all rooms in the house, plus the front porch
-Up to 75 white chairs, set up for ceremony in the ballroom (can be rearranged
for the reception dance area after the ceremony)
-Use
of tables and linens (4 round, 7 rectangular)
-Use
of indoor music system
COST OF INTIMATE
PACKAGE - $1800
BASIC -- Can be indoors and/or outdoors. Package includes:
-Rental of the house and gazebo area all day
-Rental
and set up of up to 100 white chairs
-Use of
our tables (7 rectangular, 4 round and some small miscellaneous tables)
COST OF BASIC PACKAGE - $2500
*PREMIUM
- This package includes:
-All the items listed in the
Basic Package, above, plus:
-Tablecloths for
all tables
-Use of outdoor CD player and speaker for
ceremony music
-Wedding director services for
3 hours
-Dressing of the following tables: bride's
cake table, groom's cake table, punch table, guest sign-in table, and gift table. The owner dresses the tables with
draped fabric to match your color scheme, plus clear lights, lace, ivy, flowers, etc.
(NOTE: If your caterer does not decorate your buffet tables, we can decorate them beautifully, for an extra charge.)
COST OF PREMIUM PACKAGE - $3000
*PRESTIGE (Price based on 100 attendees)-- Includes all of the Basic & Premium packages
plus:
-30'x50' TENT with Lights
-Dancefloor for tent- From 12'x12' to 16'x16' with area for
DJ to set up
-60" round tables with table linens
-Wedding Director services for 3 hours
COST OF PRESTIGE PACKAGE -- $5000

Package includes:
-All items listed in the packages above, plus:
-30'x50' outdoor tent with lights, one side wall, dancefloor, DJ set-up area
-60" round tables
& chairs, tablecloths for all tables
-Elegant BUFFET for 100 guests - Choose from several caterers and menu options to
suit your taste
-Delicious wedding cake (bride's cake or groom's cake)
**Items in these two packages can be tailored to fit your needs, and price can be adjusted according
to the number of guests.
COST OF ELITE PACKAGE - $8000
(based on 100 attendees)

RECEPTIONS ONLY: If the ceremony is
off-site and the renter wishes to use Southern Oaks for a reception only, the rate is as follows:
$1200 for a minimum of 4 hours, and $100 for each additional hour;
OR, $2000 for the entire
day. (Does not include rental of chairs)
CEREMONIES ONLY: Depends on amout of time the gazebo will be in
use, day of the week, etc. CALL THE OWNER TO DISCUSS.
Rates
for WEEK-DAY WEDDINGS: (Monday thru Thursday, day or evening)
$800, for 4
hours, $100 for each additional hour, or $1000 for entire day.
