Southern Oaks Special Events Facility is a "turn-of-the-century" house along picturesque Jeff Davis Drive, in Fayetteville, Georgia.

It has been meticulously restored by the owners to retain the elegance and charm of by-gone days.

Southern Oaks is a perfect location for weddings and receptions, rehearsal dinners, tea parties, birthday parties, meetings, dances--or any occasion where old-fashioned charm and elegant atmosphere are desired.

"When I looked at this beautiful, but run-down old house, I felt it had potential. When I saw the wonderful back yard with 5 huge old oak trees, I knew it would be a spectacular place for weddings. All while we were restoring it, I dreamed of how beautiful it would be someday, and how it would be a place of charm, style, and celebration......"
